By providing your mobile phone number to ITXAZ verbally on a call, you expressly consent to receive recurring SMS and MMS messages from ITXAZ. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.
Opt-Out & Help Instructions
Reply STOP, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE to any message to unsubscribe immediately and stop receiving SMS/MMS messages from ITXAZ. You will receive one final confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent.
Reply HELP at any time to receive support information, including our contact details.
You may also opt out by contacting us directly at (480) 525-5301 or by emailing info@itxaz.com. Opt-out requests are processed within 24 hours. After opting out, you may opt back in at any time by texting START to our number.
3. Privacy & Data Use
ITXAZ respects your privacy. We collect personal information — including name, phone number, email address, and appointment details — solely to provide and improve our services.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for commercial solicitation purposes. Your information may be shared with:
- Service providers (for example appointment scheduling and messaging platforms) who process data on our behalf under confidentiality agreements
- Government or regulatory bodies when required by law
No mobile opt-in data or phone numbers collected for SMS purposes will be shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. This is a strict policy, in compliance with CTIA guidelines and carrier requirements.
By consenting to SMS communications, you acknowledge:
- Your phone number will only be used to send communications from ITXAZ
- Your number will not be sold, rented, or transferred to any third party for marketing purposes
- Your number may be shared with our SMS service provider solely for message delivery, under strict confidentiality obligations
- Your consent covers recurring messages and is valid until you opt out

For California residents: you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal data we collect and the right to opt out of any sale of your data. We do not sell personal data.
4. Automated and AI-Assisted Communications
Calls to ITXAZ may be answered by an AI-assisted virtual receptionist, which identifies itself as such when asked. Calls may be recorded for quality and compliance purposes where permitted by law. Consent to receive text messages is captured during the call and logged with a timestamp, the phone number provided, and a reference to the appointment.
